Overview

When Robyn first came to me, she wasn’t just looking for a rebrand - she was searching for a deeper connection between who she was and how she showed up online. She had been operating under the name Impact You, but it no longer felt aligned. Robyn is the brand - her story, her voice, her lived experience. What she needed was a personal brand that matched her bold, transformational work as a coach, speaker, and author.

Challenges:

Robyn was:

  • Operating under a name that didn’t reflect her full power or story

  • Speaking to an audience that didn’t match her desired client profile

  • Burnt out from trying to do everything without clarity or cohesion

  • Sharing great content, but it wasn’t converting

  • Unsure how to bring her offers, book, podcast, and story into one unified brand experience


The Transformation:

1. Brand Strategy + Clarity
We began with deep brand foundation work: her why, brand story, customer personas, tone, and brand values. Robyn’s core brand word became Resilient - the throughline of her life and the transformation she now offers to others.

2. Messaging That Converts
We crafted a full messaging suite:

  • Elevator statement

  • Website headlines and taglines

  • Positioning statement

  • Speaking and coaching offer language

  • Lead magnet copy + email nurture sequences
    Everything was rewritten in her authentic voice - warm, bold, energetic, and deeply real.

3. Visual Identity
We created a bold, high-energy visual brand with deep reds, golds, and sophisticated contrast. It captured both her joyful energy and the depth of her work.

4. Website Wireframes
Robyn’s website structure was redesigned from the ground up to reflect her new brand, highlight her podcast, book, and offers, and convert leads through clear CTAs and landing page strategies.

5. Thought Leadership Tools
We gave her:

  • A 12-week content calendar

  • A complete newsletter strategy (Unapologetic)

  • Speaking pitch deck

  • Podcast positioning

  • Three outbound sales strategies

  • Email nurture sequences

  • DM scripts and a full funnel map

Everything was built to help Robyn generate demand, convert leads, and nurture long-term brand loyalty.
